Delivery Process
1. Complete Payment
Choose your package and complete the secure payment using any of our accepted methods.
Note on Bank Transfers:
- Payments via bank transfer are processed within 24-48 hours (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays excluded)
- When selecting bank transfer, a unique reference is provided to include in the transfer.
- This reference allows us to automatically track the payment and confirm delivery without delays.
2. Instant Processing
- For instant payments (card, PayPal, cryptocurrency), your account is activated automatically within seconds
- For reseller orders, account preparation may take up to 24 hours
3. Email Delivery
Receive your login credentials and setup instructions immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Start Streaming

Troubleshooting
If you don't receive your email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address used at checkout
- Wait up to 5 minutes for instant payments
- For bank transfers, make sure you entered the unique reference correctly so our system can automatically track the payment
- Contact support via the form at tvivo.de/contact with your order number
Note: Some email providers may delay delivery. If you haven't received your credentials within 1 hour (or within the specified times for reseller/bank transfer orders), contact our support team.
