Refund and Subscription Management Policy – TVivo

At TVivo, we aim to provide the best Premium TV streaming experience.
Before purchasing, you can try the service free for 24 hours. For this reason, refunds are only available within the first 24 hours after purchase.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The service you received does not match the one you tested
  • We indicated features or content that you could not find after purchase

Refunds are not provided if:

  • Some channels are unavailable (this should be checked during the 24-hour trial)
  • The service does not work due to slow or insufficient Internet connection
  • Change of mind or user error

Service Interruptions

If the service is interrupted for any technical reason, the lost days will be added to your subscription, so you do not lose anything.

Upgrades and Downgrades Between Servers

TVivo offers two types of servers/plans: Premium and Gold.

Upgrading from Premium to Gold

  • You pay the price difference between the plans
  • Any month in which even a single day has been used counts as a full month

Examples:

  • After 3 days: those 3 days count as 1 month → pay the difference + 1 extra month
  • After 1 month and 1 week: the first 2 months are considered used → pay the difference + 2 months

Downgrading from Gold to Premium

  • You are refunded the proportional price difference
  • Any month with even a single day of use counts as a full month

Examples:

  • After 10 days: counts as 1 month → 1 month is deducted
  • After 1 month and 2 days: counts as 2 months → 2 months are deducted

💡 Clear rule: even one day in a month counts as a full month for upgrade or downgrade calculations, ensuring fairness for both the user and TVivo.

Refund or Plan Change Procedure

  1. Use the contact form at tvivo.de/contact
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the request
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, the refund or plan adjustment will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are intended to protect users from delivery errors or discrepancies between the trial and purchase
