Please keep your account credentials private and notify us of any suspicious access.

TVivo offers Premium streaming services, including:

• Live TV channels from around the world
• Movies, series, and on-demand content
• Sports and premium events
• Multi-device support
• HD and 4K streaming
• Built-in EPG guide

We do our best to keep the service available continuously, but short interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

👉 If an interruption lasts more than 24 hours, the lost days will be added to your subscription duration.

TVivo provides two types of server/plans (Premium and Gold), designed for different levels of quality and stability. Full details and pricing are available in the dedicated section on the website.

You agree to use TVivo responsibly and legally.
You may not:

• Share your account with others
• Record, copy, or redistribute content
• Use the service for commercial or illegal purposes
• Attempt to access or modify protected systems or content

The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions, with options for extra quality or duration.
All prices are clearly displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime.
Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

For the best experience, we recommend a stable connection and updated devices.

All content, logos, interfaces, and software are owned by TVivo or its licensors.
You are granted the right to use the service for personal purposes only.
Reproduction or distribution without permission is not allowed.

Your privacy matters to us.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect information.

We implement advanced security measures, but no online system is completely risk-free.

TVivo is not responsible for indirect or financial damages arising from:

• Service interruptions
• Network or device issues
• Improper use of the account

In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

You agree to hold TVivo harmless from any claims or damages resulting from:

• Misuse of our services
• Violation of these Terms
• Use of the service against applicable laws

TVivo may temporarily suspend or close accounts in case of violations or misuse.
You can also cancel your subscription at any time.
If the service is permanently interrupted, any remaining subscription time will be handled or compensated fairly.

In case of disputes, we aim to resolve them amicably first.
If that's not possible, matters will be handled according to applicable laws and authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, unless local laws provide otherwise.
